Highly infectious, listenable jazz, set to an array of urban and global rhythms. Traditional one minutes and close to endless variants of fusion the next, this is an eclectic yet seamlessly assembled collection.
Tempted to say this is jazz for people not don't like jazz, but I'd hate people to think is isn't both extremely well played arranged, when it is clearly both.
Instead, this album simply demonstrates with considerable class just how versatile jazz can be. An album for all occasions.
